Custom Software Development
Custom software makes sense when an existing tool does not match the work your people need to do. HDG develops applications and business systems around the problem, users and connected processes.
Understand the workflow
Map the current process, the people involved and the points where work slows down. Agree on what a useful improvement would look like.
Define the first scope
Separate essential features from later ideas. Note existing data, permissions and systems that the software must connect to.
Think beyond the first release
Discuss handover, maintenance and how the system will change as your business processes evolve.
